This morning, as Joe and Kai were preparing to work in the garden…
Joe: That’s weird, I only have one glove here. Honey, have you seen my other glove?
Me: Nope, check the porch.
Less than 10 seconds later…
Kai: Mom, I can only find one of my gloves…
Sigh.
All 4 of us in bed together this morning, Joe trying to snooze, Eli picking at the moles on Joe’s back.
Kai: What’s Eli doing?
Me: He’s picking at moles.
Kai: I’m going to pick MY nose!
Me: No, moles.
Kai: Eli, stop picking the mold. Daddy, you have mold growing on your back.
