Once Kai got into the swing of things, he enjoyed his jobs as astronaut, dentist, restaurant worker, and car mechanic. Such a fun place. 
Heaven
While we’re in Taipei with Eli, Kai gets to hang out a few days longer with Lao Lao in Beijing. Here he is with his new Lego set and a Transformers popsicle. Simply heaven.

This is the view from our 11th floor hotel room at the Crowne Plaza. The orange buildings across the way are where Kai and Eli’s 太姥姥 (great grandmother) live. 
五道营
This was our third trip to this cute little alley, Wu Dao Ying. We left Kai’s jacket during our first trip there and have been trying, unsuccessfully, to retrieve it since then. At least we’ve gotten plenty of good coffee during these visits. ☕️
